The property is partially cleared and planted in countless fruit trees as well as flower beds and nice tall shade trees which attract wildlife and birds including: coatimundis, howler monkeys, iguanas and even grey foxes.  

The backyard has a freshwater pond as well as a 20 ft. shipping container currently used as a shop plus a 76 sq. ft. addition for storage.  Additionally, there is plenty of room on the property for a guesthouse or for more tree planting. 

Spanish Lookout is just a quick 3 minute drive away and offer modern amenities and conveniences such as: grocery store, building supplies, car part, gas stations, clinic, bank ATMs, restaurants and so much more.
